- Alternatively, you can use the IT provided remote workstations in case you do not have ParaView installed (you have to request the service the first time you use it here)
- Install the VESPA plugin (instructions coming soon)
Overview
Visualization experts from the laboratory will introduce VESPA: VTK Enhanced with Surface Processing Algorithms, bringing state-of-the-art mesh processing algorithms from the CGAL library to VTK and ParaView. The CGAL (Computational Geometry Algorithms Library) C++ library offers various advanced geometry algorithms, such as mesh generation, subdivision, smoothing, and more. VESPA is available as both a VTK based library and a ParaView plugin.
Who Should Attend?
The target audience for this workshop are KAUST users with experience in ParaView and interest in geometry processing algorithms.
